Our Knit & Natter group at Yarnwick Nook is the perfect place to settle in, stitch your own project at your own pace, and share the joy of making with others who love yarn just as much as you do.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a lifelong knitter, you’re warmly welcome.
How it works
Our Knit & Natter sessions are all about comfort, community, and creativity, in a calm, cosy studio designed to feel like a creative retreat, with a friendly group of makers who love a good chat as much as a good stitch.
You will have space to work on your own projects with no pressure, no deadlines, alongside group support if you’re stuck or want to learn something new.
A warm, welcoming atmosphere awaits, where everyone feels at home, whilst enjoying a cup of tea/coffee and a slice of homemade cake of the day.
Bring your knitting, crochet, or any little yarn project you love to tote around. If you’re just getting started, we can help you pick a first project that feels fun and achievable. We’ll also have a small stash of yarny bits and essentials available to buy, so if you’ve forgotten something (or spot a colour you need immediately), you’re covered.
Booking & Session Details
Our Knit & Natter group meets every Wednesday morning, from 11:30. Sessions typically run 2.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to settle in, stitch, chat, and unwind.
There is no need to book, although you can guarantee your place if you do. So if you’re looking for a friendly group, a cosy setting, and a weekly dose of creativity, our Knit & Natter sessions are the perfect fit. Come along, bring your yarn, and make yourself at home.
Cost £10pp to include one drink and cake.
