Yarnwick Nook Launch Scratch Card Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Yarnwick Nook, Gloucester, UK (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 16 or over who attend the Yarnwick Nook launch event. Employees, contractors, or partners of the Promoter may participate but may not redeem prizes that create a conflict of interest (e.g., discounts on services they deliver).
One scratch card will be issued per person per visit. Additional cards may be issued at the Promoter’s discretion for specific activities or purchases, where stated.
3. Guaranteed Prizes
Every scratch card contains a prize. Prize types may include physical items, discounts, complimentary experiences, or other promotional rewards.
Prizes are non‑exchangeable, non transferable, and have no cash value unless explicitly stated on the card.
4. Prize Redemption
All prizes must be redeemed in store at Yarnwick Nook.
Discounts, workshop vouchers, or experience‑based prizes must be redeemed by the expiry date printed on the card, where stated.
Some prizes may require advance booking; standard booking terms and availability apply.
5. Validity of Scratch Cards
A scratch card must be presented intact, clearly readable, unspoilt prior to redemption.
The Promoter cannot replace lost, stolen, altered, or damaged cards.
Any card that appears tampered with, duplicated, or mechanically reproduced will be void.
6. Prize Substitution
In the event a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Substitutions will not materially reduce the overall value or enjoyment of the giveaway.
7. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final.
8. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation
The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
All valid prizes already issued will be honoured in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

loss or damage arising from participation in the giveaway

unavailability of workshop dates or products associated with prize redemption
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Data & Privacy
No personal data is required to participate in the giveaway.
If a prize requires booking a workshop or service, standard booking information will be collected and processed in accordance with Yarnwick Nook’s Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the scratch card giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
