Thank you for supporting my small craft business! Below are the details of my delivery process so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packaged within 2–5 business days.

Since each item is handmade, processing times may vary slightly. If there are any delays, I’ll notify you right away.
Delivery Rates & Estimates

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard shipping within the UK usually takes 3–7 business days.

For International/Worldwide shipping, please visit our Etsy store

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or holidays.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your chosen shipping method).
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you on a replacement or solution.

I am not responsible for packages lost by the carrier, but I’ll do my best to help track it down.

Force Majeure - Yarnwick Nook have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to return a product purchased from Yarnwick Nook, then you have 10 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
